New Lease Agreements Signed in Korona Office Centre

A new tenant moved in the Kraków office complex Centrum Biurowe Korona. IBM has extended the lease agreement.

Globe Trade Centre JSC, the owner of the complex  Centrum Biurowe Korona (Korona Office Centre) in Kraków, has signed two lease agreements. IBM, one of the key tenants in the complex added 3,000 sq m to the leased space, whereas the new tenant is the advertising agency Event.

IBM is going to rent space in Edison, an office block belonging to Korona Office Centre, for another 4 years. The company is going to occupy jointly 14,500 sq m in all three buildings of the complex – Edison, Galileo and Newton.

IBM has been a tenant in Korona Office Centre for eight years. The extension of lease agreements, both from the previous year and the last couple of days, demonstrate the tenant's trust and satisfaction with the quality of office space offered by GTC. - commented Jacek Wachowicz, Member of the Management Board at GTC Development Company.

Advertising agency Event has become a new tenant, renting 500 sq m in Galileo.

The complex consists of three 11-storey buildings, which jointly offer 31,326 sq m of office space. Centrum Biurowe Korona was created in the years 2003-2008 and it is the seat of many companies, both Polish and international. Among the tenants, there are companies from the IT, finance, BPO, and consulting sectors. The complex is situated at Armii Krajowej street.
