Globe Trade Center SA became the first Polish company recorded on the stock exchange in Johannesburg ("JSE"). GTC offers the portfolio of properties of the value amounting to 1.3 billion euro to the South African investors.

Developer and owner of commercial properties which operates in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe will be recorded in the "Ownership and Building of Properties" sector of JSE. However, the Warsaw Stock Exchange will still remain the primary stock exchange where the stock of GTC will be recorded.

As the first Polish company recorded on JSE we offer the balanced portfolio of the value amounting to 1.3 billion euro with an attractive return rate to our South African investors in the form of the highest quality properties situated in Poland and in the capitals of the most quickly developing countries in the region of Central and Eastern as well as Southern and Eastern Europe. We offer the crucial economic potential and secured schedule concerning realization of unique projects of significant growth potential of net assets (NAV) – says Thomas Kurzmann, Chairman of the Board of GTC.

 

GTC is both owner and developer of office and commercial areas class A in the whole Europe as well as in Budapest, Bucharest, Belgrade and Zagreb. On 31st December 2015, the company’s portfolio included 25 leading commercial properties (with 20 office properties), which jointly offer more than 524 000 sq. m of commercial space. In 2015, the company’s strategy was changed and GTC is no longer engaged in developer activity but it performs a role of developer and manager of properties. The main objective of GTC is to extend the portfolio through purchasing such properties in Poland which are characterized by development potential and which are located in the capitals of the countries from the region of Central and Eastern as well as Southern and Eastern Europe. Since 2004 the shares of GTC SA have been recorded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, in the WIG30 index and on the Stock Exchange in Johannesburg. The securities of the company are also included in the international Dow Jones STOXX Eastern Europe 300 index.
