Deloitte company has rented 363 square meters of space in Centrum Biurowe Neptun in Gdańsk. Present premises of the company are located at Arkońska Street 6. The relocation is scheduled to take place in spring 2014.
Deloitte is one of the main global companies providing services covering audit, consulting, tax, finances and legal advisory, and risk management. Altogether the company employs 1000 professionals in Poland.
Centrum Biurowe Neptun is being constructed at Grunwaldzka Avenue which is the main artery connecting Gdańsk city centre with Sopot and Gdynia. The office building will provide 15 860 square meters of class A office space at 19 storeys and three-storey underground parking. In the area there are commerce and services facilities as well as universities. In the neighbourhood there is also PKP Gdańsk Wrzeszcz rail station, Szybka Kolej Miejska station and Kolej Metropolitalna which is under construction.
Topping out ceremony at the office building too place at the beginning of 2013. The topping out tree symbolises reaching the maximum height. The building is scheduled to be commissioned to use in December 2013. Hines company is the investor and the developer of the project.
