The second building of Proximo complex arouses great interest among tenants. The investment had been leased in 75 per cent before the official commissioning. The achievement of such a phenomenal success during the implementation phase is a feather in our cap. EY Global Delivery Services Poland has recently become a new tenant of Proximo II. It is a Polish department of the organization which owns departments in 5 countries and delivers services mainly to the external clients, that is companies of EY network. The company will occupy office space on the connected floors (7th-9th) with an access to the terrace which is dedicated exclusively to the employees.
We launched the Warsaw office at the end of 2016. Ever since then, our team has been constantly growing. We are developing very rapidly and thus this new larger common office space has become an absolute necessity to us. We have been looking for office space in Warsaw which could provide our employees with the best working environment. One of the crucial factors for us was also the location which could allow for fast and convenient communication with most of the Warsaw districts. There are many young and active people among our employees who very often commute by public transport or bicycle. Hence, this location has turned out to be the best choice for us – says Dariusz Sus, Director of EY GDS Poland.
Hines Poland concluded two lease contracts pertaining to nearly 11 400 sq. m with the companies from the consulting sector and FMCG at midyear. Due to the signed confidentiality clause, Hines does not reveal more detailed information.
Proximo II is the second building which belongs to Proximo complex. The building is being erected at the crossroads of Prosta and Przyokopowa Streets in the Warsaw’s Wola district in close proximity to Daszyńskiego Rondo metro station. This cascade office building will offer 20 000 sq. m of office space to its tenants on 10 tiers and 650 sq. m of service space on the ground floor. The building of Proximo II started at the end of June 2016. The general contractor is Hochtief Poland. The architect of the second stage is British Rolfe Judd studio, which cooperates with the Italian Pininfarina studio in designing the project of reception lobby. The investment is being implemented in accordance with the principles of BREEAM Design Stage green certificate at the Very Good level. The first tenants are to move into Proximo II at the turn of Q1 and Q2 2018.
