ING Bank Śląski rented office areas in Brama Portowa I building in Szczecin

New tenant occupies 1,600 square meters of office space in Szczecin in a building belonging to SwedeCenter.

Customers are the most important for us, because we want to be a bank which is accessible and convenient, of which services customers are satisfied and Brama Portowa is the perfect location to support this purpose - says Krystian Setera, Director of Strategy and Distribution Support Department at ING Bank Śląski. Brama Portowa consists of two separate office buildings, offering a total of 12 900 sqm. Of modern office and commercial space in the center of Szczecin. SwedeCente is an investor and developer of the project being a part of Inter IKEA Group, which also manages the property.


The complex was built using the principles of sustainable construction. In November 2013 Brama Portowa I received LEED Gold environmental certification. It is the first commercial building in Szczecin which earned LEED Gold. The complex surfaces are hired by companies such as Starbucks, LUX MED, Deloitte and Genpact.
