The producers of such brands as Bosch, Siemens and Gaggenau moved into the Adgar Park West complex in Warsaw.

BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego Sp. z o.o. (BSH Home Appliances) in January 2014 started to move into 400-metre office block in the Adgar Park West complex. The investment is located on Al. Jerozolimskie 181 Street and offers the total of 43 000 sq. m of space. The complex belongs to Adgar Group, which, within the frames of modernisation, intends to construct a glass atrium and sport zone AdgarFit.

The management board of the company signed the lease agreement on behalf of BSH, whereas the Adgar Group was represented by Eyal Litwin, the President of Adgar in Poland, and Michael Mevorach, the proxy. The term of the agreement is three years, with the possibility of its extension for next two years.

The seat of BSH is located next to Adgar Park West. This location has a lot of advantages. It provides convenient access from various parts of the city, and the neighbourhood of shopping centres offers a lot of opportunities to eat a meal, to go shopping or to make arrangements during the break or after work. Now, when we need additional space for our team, the neighbouring office complex was an obvious solution, commented Marcin Jakubowski, Category Manager, responsible for preparing the contract.

Arranging the new office of BSH lasted six weeks and was carried out by Aluglas Realizacja. The interior is dominated by orange-grey colouring. In the office, there are also the kitchen, dining-room and toilets. The kitchen is equipped with Bosch and Siemens devices.

I derive great personal satisfaction from the agreement signed with BSH. From the moment, when we bought the complex in the western part of Warsaw, we have been working hard on the plans of its complete modernisation and talking with potential tenants. I am glad that apart from Gravitan, which will take up about 2400 sq. m in the unique sport zone AdgarFit, constructed on the ground floor, also BSH joined Adgar Park West. Apart from great working conditions, we will offer a lot of leisure activities, said Eyal Litwin, the President of Adgar in Poland.

Adgar Park West complex consists of three interconnected buildings, the combined area of which amounts to over 43 000 sq. m of rentable area. The users can make use of over 1100 parking places in three underground garages and in the car park outside the building. The tenants of the complex include: Anwim, BSH, Covidien Polska, Garmin Polska, Geodis Logistics Polska, Gravitan, Wydawnictwo Prawnicze LexisNexis, Bank Pekao S.A., Sport Guru and UPS.
