Four companies – Logitech, Franke, CoConet and Beckman Coulter – signed lease contracts concerning office space in the building B in the Adgar Park West complex. New tenants will jointly occupy more than 2100 sq. m in the building. The first tenant is a producer of advanced solutions for electronic banking – CoCoNet. It will move into the office with the size of 1000 sq. m. The company started its business activity in the country in 2005. Another tenant – Franke – is a leading deliverer of intelligent kitchen systems. It will occupy more than 500 sq. m of office space in the building B. The Swiss concern has been operating on the domestic market since 1993 and it is a leader among producers of kitchen sinks and batteries. Beckman Coulter – American company from the biomedical sector – rented 420 sq. m. Diagnostic systems produced by this enterprise are present in hospitals and laboratories all over the world and are used to diagnose diseases, support decisive processes and monitor well-being of patients. The last tenant – Logitech – is a leader in the industry of personal peripheral devices. The company occupies the area with the size of 210 sq. m in the complex.

Adgar Park West complex is located in the western part of a business center in the capital. It is composed of three joined buildings: building A with the lease area amounting to 11 740 sq. m, building B offering 17 160 sq. m, and building C with the size of 14 260 sq. m. All three structures create a well-equipped and functional complex with the total lease area amounting to more than 43 000 sq. m., particular parts of which have from 5 to 7 aboveground tiers. The complex offers over 1100 parking places in three underground garages as well as on the car park adjacent to the buildings.
