Dom Maklerski is a new tenant of Prosta Office Center. It hired there ca. 900 sq. m of space. In Warsaw HFT Brokers Dom Maklerski SA headquarters ca. 250 people will be working. The tenant was advised by experts from AXI IMMO company during the transaction.
HFT Brokers Dom Maklerski SA was founded in 2006. In July 2008, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority granted a permit to run a stockbroking activity by partnership. In the company’s offer there are i.a. turnover, storage and registration of financial instruments, consulting for enterprises in the area of capital structure, company strategy, connection, division and taking over a company.
Prosta Office Center was commissioned in 2006. The structure is located in Wola district in Warsaw and it offers ca. 18 600 sq. m of office space and 3-tier underground garage. The 10-floor office is characterized by a façade which connects glass, elements from natural stone and precious steel. Moreover, there are locals with retail distribution and gastronomic establishments on the ground floor of the building.
