Xerox company rented 430 sq. m of office space for its DTPS (Document Transaction Processing Services) department in Orion building, which is owned by Empark complex in Warsaw.

In the process of negotiations, the tenant was represented by CBRE company. With CBRE assistance, we were able to negotiate attractive lease conditions and meet all expectations made by Xerox – says Maja Godowska, responsible then for management of office in Xerox Poland. We are glad about the cooperation with CBRE and support at every step, starting with looking for the office and finishing with negotiations of a lease agreement. CBRE confirmed its professionalism and high position among advisory companies on the world commercial properties market – adds.

Orion is one of 9 buildings owned by the largest Empark Mokotów Business Park office complex (jointly 115 266 sq. m for rental). The structure offers 13 200 sq. m of office space located on 12 tiers.

An ambitious task lies before us. We have to find optimal office space which meets requirements of specific Xerox Services work and short time for conducting the whole process. Eventually, Orion building became new accommodation of Xerox department. It is a member of Empark complex in the center of Warsaw Mokotów. Empark is an attractive location not far from both city center and airport. Additionally, office complex provides tenants free delivery to all Empark buildings – comments Konrad Szaruga, Senior Negotiator in office area department in CBRE, advising on this transaction.

Xerox is an American supplier of digital printers and outsourcing services of print, management of documents and back office processes.
