Panasonic extended a lease in Platinium Business Park

Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH company with department in Poland will still be renting 1470 sq. m of office space in Platinium Business Park in Warsaw.

An international Cushman & Wakefield company has been representing the company in renegotiations. Panasonic Corporation company took the change of their headquarters into consideration, however finally it decided to stay in the building for the following years. It has been connected with it since the beginning. The structure is well recognizable on the office map of Warsaw and meets requirements of the tenant. On the area of the complex there is a green zone with a small pond, which is a sign to recognize by a business coalfield of Mokotów and in the neighborhood of Domaniewska and Wołoska Streets. The building’s structure also provides a good access to a daylight which has a positively impact on work’s comfort. Moreover, a budget for refreshment of an area occupied by a tenant was negotiated within the extension’s agreement – says Artur Sutor, Associate from office space department in Cushman & Wakefield.

 

Panasonic is one of the biggest producers of an electronic device in the world which has been delivering a wide range of products, systems and services since 1918 – starting from consumer electronics to industrial devices and products for construction. The company has ca. 15 thousand of products in its portfolio, and it uses intelligent and ecological solutions in activities, which are used in apartments, offices, factories, shops and during travels. Currently, the company manages over 500 joined partnerships which noted down a consolidated net sales in the amount of 7,74 billion yens (57,74 billion euro) in a financial year ended on 31th March 2014. Warsaw Panasonic department has become a headquarters for the region of the Central and Middle Europe since April 2014 and it includes 17 countries.

 

Platinium Business Park complex is located at the crossroad of Domaniewska and Wołoska Streets and it constitutes of five buildings class A with the total rental space amounting nearly 55 000 sq. m. The first of them was finished in 2007, and the newest one in 2012. Platinium Business Park III is a structure from 2010, which offers over 11 500 sq. m of lease area on seven tiers. Allianz Real Estate Group is the owner of all five buildings within office park from 2012. AIG/Lincoln Poland Sp. z o.o., in turn, represents the company in issues concerning lease of the owner’s area.
