Neptun Arla Food is going to move into Office Center in October of the current year. The company was advised by CBRE agency in the area of construction consultancy, project management and negotiations of lease conditions.

Arla Foods is a dairy cooperative which concentrates 13 500 farmers and hires over 18 000 employees all over the world. Global Common Service Center in Gdańsk, which currently hires over 250 people, services the concern mainly in the area of finances and accounting.

Neptun Office Center, located at Grunwaldzka 103A, is the first modern height office structure class A in Tricity. The building, which is 86 meters high and was commissioned in January 2014, offers 16 000 sq. m of office space in a modern 18-tier skyscraper. The owner of Neptun Office Center is Hines, a private company specialized in management of investments on the property market, organization of developer process as well as management of properties all over the world.
