Office located at Nadstawna Street has been a headquarters of PZU inspectorate for years. However, it has been empty since 2006 and now the right of perpertual usufruct of the plot has become sold by way of a tender issued by insurance company.

The bid price of the plot along with a building standing on it from 1953 totaled 1,04 million zlotys. At present, PZU does not reveal who and for what price will take over this property.

The finalization of the transaction is planned on the first quarter of 2015. Therefore, we do not reveal more information – comments Agnieszka Rosa from PZU Group.

PZU Group, which is issuing the tender, admitted that the building is not in the best condition – i.a. its foundation and supporting walls require some work. Additional problem is dampness. Moreover, the legal status needs to be put in order – its part crosses adjoining properties which belong to private persons.

The usable area of 5-tier building totals nearly 2100 sq. m, 500 sq. m of which is located in the cellar.
