AkzoNobel signed a lease contract for over 1900 sq. m of office area in The Park Warsaw.

AkzoNobel signed a lease contract for over 1900 sq. m of office area in The Park Warsaw. The tenant was represented by Colliers International during the transaction process. The removal of AkzoNobel to a new office is an effect of consolidation of the group of partnerships owned by the company scattered in the neighborhood of Warsaw. Thanks to relocation, the tenants optimized lease costs and gained a modern and flexible office area favoring the internal communication in the company – comments Paweł Proński, Chairman in Department of Office Areas, Colliers International.

 

AkzoNobel is a global producer of specialist chemicals, paints and layers. The company is present in over 80 countries all over the world. It hires jointly more than 57 000 employees. The company’s portfolio includes renown brands such as Dulux, Nobiles, Sadolin, Hammerite and Sikkens.

 

The Park Warsaw complex is composed of 10 office buildings class A with the total lease area amounting to 110 000 sq. m. It is located at Krakowiaków 50 Street on the area of the Włochy district in Warsaw. The complex is characterized by an innovative architecture and unique arrangement of squares and greenery. The Park Warsaw received the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. The owner of the complex is AIG and partners of White Star Real Estate. The investment’s project was devised in the APA Wojciechowski studio. Moreover, the group of tenants was extended by British American Tobacoo Poland in September this year. The company occupied the office area with the size of 2500 sq. m in the office no. 3.
