Przedsiębiorstwo Handlu Zagranicznego Baltona SA (Baltona Foreign Trade Company Spółka Akcyjna) is a public company recorded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company specializes in sale of goods in duty-free shops situated mainly in airports and border crossings. The enterprise rented 910 sq. m of office space in building B owned by Flanders Business Park. Nuvalu mediated during the finalization of the contract with PHZ Baltona.
Urząd Lotnictwa Cywilnego (Civil Aviation Office) also made a decision about signing a new contract. It is a governmental institution aimed at safety and sustainable development of civil aviation in Poland. The Office has had a headquarters in building A so far. Additionally, it rented a new premises of the size amounting to 153 sq. m, thanks to which building A is rented in 100 per cent. At present, the Office occupies 6794 sq. m in total in Flanders Business Park.
