The new leaseholder in Senator office building is BRE Bank. The company is going to occupy an area of around 1700 m2. The transaction, as an exclusive agent responsible for finding leaseholders, was being mediated by Cushman & Wakefield agency.
BRE Bank is Poland's third biggest bank ( in terms of assets). Its offer is directed at Polish and international small and medium enterpises and businesses as well as public sector entities. The institution handles over 14 000 corporate clients.
Senator offers over 24 500 sq. m. of office area on six floors. It is located in a historical part of Warsaw, in the place that once housed the headquarters of Bank Polski. Developer of the building, which is to be finished in the middle of 2012, is Ghelamco Poland.
