SeaChange Poland specializes in creating software and solutions for digital television operators all over the world. From April this year, the new head office of the company in Poland is ASTORIA Premium Offices. SeaChange Poland has been renting over 1300 sq. m so far, however, the situation has changed and STRABAG Real Estate (owner of ASTORIA Premium Offices) leased additional 424 sq. m to the company.
While making a decision about our new head office, first and foremost, we took high standard of the building and its convenient location in the city center with access to means of public communication and main business center into consideration. All these assets have a very positive influence on our employees’ well-being. Colliers International represented the owner of this transaction which is responsible for commercialization of ASTORIA Premium Offices.
ASTORIA Premium Offices offers over 18 000 sq. m of office space and 900 sq. m of commercial space. The tenants have also an underground car park at their disposal. The interior was designed to provide effective design to tenants. The general contractor is STRABAG Sp. z o.o. ASTORIA Premium Offices arouses interest among tenants. The building is rented in nearly 65 per cent.
