Infosys has extended the contract

In the complex Green Horizon in Lodz an additional 2.3 thousand sq.m has been rented. Commercialization transactions of the building reached around 97 percent.

Indian firm Infosys BPO Poland has rented an additional 2.3 thousand. sq.m, increasing the total area of its offices to 15 thousand sq.m. Commercialization of the building has reached a level around 97 percent due to the transaction. The transaction between Skanska and Infosys BPO Poland was done through real estate brokers, Cushman & Wakefield.

We decided to increase the office space in the complex Green Horizon due to improvement in growth forecasts for the next months. We gain new contracts and expand the scope of projects. We plan to increase employment at our main office in Lodz to more than 300 people. Moving our headquarters to Green Horizon will allow us to consolidate all our business departments and a further increase – summed Krystian Bestry, Managing Director, Infosys BPO Europe. The tenant plans to move to new headquarters in May.

The first phase of construction (19 thousand sq.m) of Green Horizon began in the second quarter of 2011 and its completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2012. Office complex was planned by medusa group and is being implemented by company Skanska SA. Green Horizon is the first object in Lodz that will achieve LEED certification. The investor has already received a recertification and gold credit for LEED system.
