A record lease transaction: 60% of office area in Zabłocie rented out.

Delphi Poland S.A. company signed a long term lease contract of office area in Enterprise Park complex being erected in Cracow's Zabłocie.


Delphi Poland S.A. is going to move to new office in this year already. In total the Delphi Inc. subsidiary will have at its disposal four floors in buildings A and B, taking up around 8 500 m2 out of 15 000 m2 of office area available in investment's first stage. ( that makes nearly 60% of free area)

For Avestus Real Estate the transaction that has just been concluded is a record one. Construction works of the 1st stage of the investment ended in december last year. In september the first 15 000 m2 of office area with large window modules ( 1.35 m wide )are going to be available for use in A and B buildings.
