450 mln for Wałbrzych's SSE

Despite delays, Ronal Polska has decided to remain in the zone. All thanks to city president's intervention.

Ronal Polska company has recieved a permission allowing it to operate business activity on Wałbrzych SSE's grounds. If it weren't for the involvement of Roman Szełemej - Wałbrzych's president, the investor would most likely have resigned from continuing the project.

Ronal Polska's doubts stemmed from the delays of zone's expansion due date. The decision to expand SSE with a plot of land on which the investor operates activity was supposed to have been made by 30th june at the latest. The procedure shifted in time though. Only after interventions from president on national level could the decision be considerably quickened.

The construction of a new plant is going to begin on 14th november. As many as 480 people will find employment in the factory. First workers will be hired already at the end of first quarter of 2012. Production's start is planned for 1st april 2013. The investment's cost amounts to over 113 mln euro, meaning around 430 mln zł.
