Vestas Poland has chosen its new headquarters in Szczecin. The company will move to a rented office in early April.

The new tenant will occupy nearly 1000 sq m modern office space of 5000 sq m of leasable area in Maris Office Center. The lease has been signed for 5 years.  

Easy in arrangement office space available in the building is divided into office modules. In addition to the modules ranging from 130 to 1,000 sq m tenants have also at their disposal underground parking with 120 parking spaces. All this is included in a prestigious location in the center of the city near the Royal Gate and the Castle of Pomeranian Dukes.

Bywater Properties, the owner of the building, invests in commercial real estate market in Poland and Great Britain. The company was founded in 2002. Currently Bywater Properties has 16 properties with total value of EUR 50 million.

Danish company Vestas specializes in production, sale, servicing and development of wind turbines.  Its activity is linked to production of electricity through the use of wind power. 20 000 employees in 66 countries work for the company that has been established in 2003.
