First office block in Szczecin was given BREEM In Use certificate. Centrum Biurowe Maris was granted a certificate in December 2012 for being energy efficient and ecological.

Office Block  is situated in the centre of Szczecin. On five storey it offers over 5 000 square metres of modern office and services space. Leasers can use three storey underground parking with 120 parking spots. There are importants roads in close proximity of the building, namely: Trasa Zamkowa and Aleja Wyzwolenia.

Space in Maris is fully customizable, additionally, leasers can hire office space from 130 m2 to 1 000 m2 on single floor. Office block features underslung ceiling and elevated floor system. Object is guarded 24h a day and there are two staircases which grant easy access to office space in the building.
