Strong interest in GTC' offices

Quite a lot of new tenants signed contracts for leasing office space in Francuska Office Centre in Katowice and in GTC Office Centre in Krakow.

Four new companies have signed the lease agreements in Francuska Office Centre, some companies also have extended the lease agreements there. Francuska Office Centre was chosen for the first time by Trac Tec (a manufacturer and supplier of railway infrastructure), American Heart of Poland (cardiology and cardiac surgery clinics chain), KPMG (a global network of companies providing audit, advisory and tax services) and Arpid (a law firm).

The biggest office space leased Trac Tec that currently occupy 1200 sq m. Also KPMG that leased 800 sq m has already moved into the office. American Heart of Poland will occupy 1000 sq m and Aprid signed the contract for 340 sq m.– these companies should move to new offices this month.

GTC, the owner of Francuska Office Centre, has also succeeded in Krakow where the company possesses GTC Office Centre. Intellinet – the IT company – has leased 1500 sq m in this complex. Furthermore IMB has decided to stay at GTC Office Centre for next five years, occupying 5000 sq m.

IBM has been operating in the GTC Office Center in Cracow since 2005. We are very happy and proud at the same time, that the company has decided to extend the lease agreement. Thanks to renowned tenants like IBM, our project remains one of the key business centres in the capital of the Malopolska region, says Katarzyna Pankiewicz, Office Lease Director at GTC S.A.

It is worthy to mention that Deloitte has extended a a lease agreement for 600 sq m and Hitachi has leased additional 400 sq m in GTC Office Centre what means that the second company currently leases nearly 2000 sq m.
