STRABAG Real Estate GmbH (SRE) received the award for realizing ASTORIA office and commercial building in Warsaw, granted by British „Acquisition International” economic magazine. Moreover, the developer received „Deal of the Year 2014” prize in „Europe/Real Estate” category.
Analysts of the magazine follow parameters of a building structure such as cubature and price while granting the award. Additionally, they take complexity of the investment as well as activity of the whole industry in a certain region into consideration.
ASTORIA is an office and commercial project which is being realized by SRE between a business center and the Old Town. The building with the value of 75 million euro and the total space of nearly 28 000 sq. m will offer almost 17 600 sq. m of office and 1400 sq. m of commercial area. The investment is being realized in accordance with sustainable development principles and requirements of LEED certification on Gold level.
The General Contractor of the building is STRABAG Sp. z o.o. The commission is planned on the first half of 2016.
