On Tuesday 30th June, three free courses concerning LEED certification will be held in Warsaw. They will be hosted by an official USGBC/LEED Faculty – Agnes Vorbrodt.
Participants of the first meeting starting at 8 a.m. will become acquainted with all bases of the LEED-EBOM certification, its costs and basic conditions which should be met in order to increase energetic effectiveness of a structure, enhance comfort of users and increase saving of water. The LEED-EBOM system is applied for existing offices, factories, laboratories, shopping malls and logistic structures. The lecture is aimed at managers, investors and owners of such properties.
The second system of certification, which will be discussed by Agnes Vorbrodt on 30th June, is LEED-CI. This certificate includes different commercial interiors – i.a. offices, shops, banks and medical offices. All managers of office and commercial buildings, the tenants of which are interested in certification may participate in the training course as well as company managements in banks and commercial chains, architects and all those who are currently considering certification of their business interiors.
After courses at 9 a.m., Agnes Vorbrodt will answer all questions asked by participants.

Agnes Vorbrodt is an official USGBC/LEED Faculty with experience gained from over 40 LEED projects from both European countries and USA. In Poland, Agnes Vorbrodt obtained 12 LEED certificates for her clients, including 3 platinum ones – i.a. for Alma Tower in Cracow and Alchemia I in Gdańsk and 11 LEED pre-certificates, including 5 at the highest platinum level. Agnes Vorbrodt lectures ecological construction at Harvard University and she is a founder of PLGBC and IC PLGBC, member of LEED International Roundtable and owner of the VvS | Architects & Consultants consulting company which is specialized in LEED certification and LEED for Homes, energetic modelling and commissioning.
