For nearly two years, special economic zone in Boguchwała, Podkarpackie voivodeship, awaits its first investor. The company tossing around the idea if locating its business there is H-GAZ, producer of gas stations, filters, gas meter installation sets, APK installations as well as a trader, with contractors even from Ukraine. However, H-GAZ's representatives haven't decided yet, whether the construction will take place after all.
According to the plans, under the investment there will be a production hall, office building and supporting structures erected. The construction would probably start in the coming spring and last at least twelve months. Eventually, 50 people are to be employed there.
As Boguchwała's municipality office admits, the interest in the grounds (10 hectares), included in the special economic zone is rather significant.
- Together with our partner, Krakowski Park Technologiczny, to ensure further development we intend to increase the area by another 40 hectares - emphasises Piotr Klimczak, Boguchwała's Deputy Mayor.
