Marynarska Business Park sold

Heitman European Property Partners IV purchased an office complex Marynarska Business Park in Warsaw.

PBB Deutsche Pfandbriefbank gave EUR 69 million credit for Heitman European Property Partners IV Fund (HEPP IV) on purchase Marynarska Business Park. Previous owner was Aberdeen Marynarska company.

Marynarska Business Park is an office complex with o total space of about 45 000sqm. It offers A class office spaces and is located in Mokotów district in Warsaw at Marynarska Street. In a close neighbourhood of tram and bus stops as well as of a railway station. Complex consists of four buildings, where one of them is the tower, and the rest is linked. Offices are surrounded by green space in which centre a fountain is located. Marynarska Business Park was ready-made in 2008 by Ghelamco. Leaseholders of the building were companies such as Netia, Play or Reader's Digest.

The structure received awards such as CEE Real Estate Office Development of the Year 2008 and Best Overall Development in 2008 in Poland, awarded by Construction and Investment Journal. It was purchased by Aberdeen company (DEKI) in 2008 for EUR 167 million.

Trading Standard Office expressed agreement on taking over the control over Aberdeen Marynarska coopartnership by HEPP IV Management Company at the end of June 2012. HEPP IV Management Company is represented by closed investment fund Heitman European Property Partners IV. It runs a business within i.a. purchase, sale and property management. Concentration has to effect in taking over 100% of Aberdeen's coopartnership share capital by the fund.
