Business Center Wierzbowa will be a modern office with a space of about 1 200 m2. The process of building will start in the spring 2013 and it will last almost one year. Costs of investment execution will amount to PLN 8 million. There will be i.a. law and consulting companies in the building.
The building will offer five aboveground tiers and one underground tier. It will be located at Wierzbowa Street, in a close neighbourhood of Polish Motor Union. Leaseholders will have a chance of free arrangement of spaces. Investor is also planing development of area around the structure.
Many people are interested in a building. However, I'm obliged to keep it quiet and I can't tell the names of companies which are interested in this location until I commercialise a whole building - says Mariusz Baruch, investor of Business Center Wierzbowa - My aim is to create a business consulting centre. This location hasn't been chosen randomly. It's a quiet neighbourhood, but at the same time it is well linked with almost all bigger city districts. It's also an outgoing road to Warsaw.
First of all, its advantage will be a functionality. Office space has been designed in a way to seat offices of one or few leaseholders - says Adam Koda, a designer from a studio Projektowanie Architektoniczno-Budowlane Antoni Makarewicz.
According to Jones Lang LaSalle report, office property market is strongly developing in Białystok. The reason of it lies mainly in a change of expectations of leaseholders, who want to change a current office into a more comfortable one. We can expect that Business Center Wierzbowa won't be the last one building of this type in Białystok.
