The building was created with the application of principles of sustainable building by architects from Bose International office. It is planned that the building will be put at use in the second quarter of 2014, construction works are being done at the moment.
Building is undergoing LEED certification. Because of that it was designed with the application of modern energy-saving and pro-environment solutions. It was equipped i.a. open windows, elevation protecting against the noise and large glazings letting the day light enter. Special cycle parking places, showers, and changing room was prepared for the cyclists. Leaseholders can use facilities such as restaurant, café or bank.
There is three-level underground parking with 200 parking places in Nimbus Office. Lease spaces have 13 storeys in the western part of the building, and 14 storeys in the eastern part.
