Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs AG coo-partnership ended building of Warsaw's office Le Palais. The structure is located in the Central Area of Business, at the crossroads of Próżna Street and Plac Grzybowski. Office offers 5 300sqm of modern office space together with the commercial and service space located on the ground floor.
Jones Lang LaSalle deals with commercialization of the building. 75% of the structure has been currently leased. 450sqm of office space is still available and part of the commercial and service space on the ground floor and in the underground tier.
Project aimed at reconstruction and historical redevelopment of building and redevelopment and extension of the complex by a new building. Coo-partnership cooperated with the preservationist and city's authorities.
Franz Jurkowitsch, Chairperson of Warimpex says: Project involving renovation was a challenge. It owes its unique character to a rich history of tenements at Próżna Street and in its neighbourhood. Despite of plenty requirements resulting from the conservation, an actual time of the building lasted a year and a half.
Warimpex wants to sell Le Palais office to an international institutional investor. Hire purchase agreement has been already signed. Completion of the transaction will be in the middle of 2013.
