Monti is investing

Victoria Business Center in Poznań undergoes a general redevelopment.

The Irish investor, Monti, has presented its vision of redevelopment of the old Victoria Center building. When the investment is completed, the centre of Poznań will gain new modern office space in Victoria Business Center. 1 409 sq. m of glass and 65 tons of steel will be used during the construction.

Studio MTS has created the architectonic design, while the PTB Nickel i Mercury Engineering Polska consortium is the general contractor. Eudeco is the company responsible for supervising the investment. The redevelopment of VBC will cost the foreign developer over 13 million PLN. The demolition work included removing walls, old escalators and the main ceiling. Thanks to them the office building located on Strzelecka Street 49 will gain a completely new appearance: a glass atrium, natural interior gardens and a modern decoration. After the complete refurbishment the business centre will offer 4 800 sq. m of rental space.

Monti’s activity focuses on development projects, financial management, real estate development and assents management. Poznań has been described by Neil Monahan, a member of the Management Board, as a perfect place for new investments. Apart from Poznań, Monti manages projects also in Warsaw.
