I believe that Oxygen Park will become not only a luxurious and attractive workplace, but also a highlight in Aleje Jerozolimskie, this dynamically evolving business district. - says Katarzyna Oleksińska, Office Projects Director at Yareal Polska.

The complex was designed by JEMS Architekci. It offers 18,300 sq m of office space for lease. Oxygen Park distinguishes itself by innovative architectural and technological solutions, which aim at reducing energy consumption.

The first tenant in the complex is Merck. The company had signed the lease agreement before the construction was finished. Presently, the owner is negotiating terms with other tenants.

The building holds a show office, which presents design possibilities and ways of optimizing a friendly work environment.

Yareal Polska is the susbsidiary of Yareal International N.V. The company has developed the Renaissance office block on 19 Mokotowska street in Warsaw and Mokotowska Square on 49 Mokotowska street.
