DiaSorin – an Italian company specialized in devising modern diagnostic methods for medicine – was founded in the 60-ties. The group owns ca. 30 offices and workshops all over the world in which there are ca. 1.5 thousand of employees. The company will occupy over 500 sq. m in Oxygen Park.
Lionbridge functions in 26 countries and it delivers services in the area of translations, online marketing, management of contents in many languages and testing of applications. It cooperates with over 800 global brands. The Warsaw department of the organization extended – under the renegotiated lease conditions – foregoing office by over 700 sq. m thanks to which its headquarters will occupy ca. 3200 sq. m. The company was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle.
Moreover, Grupa Wirtualna Polska also decided to extend its office in Oxygen Park. It will occupy over 4200 sq. m by renting additional 1000 sq. m. The company was supported by the Vertigo Property Group agency.
Thanks to new contracts, Oxygen Park is rented in over 90 per cent. Yareal is planning to complete the commercialization process of the structure in the nearest future. Oxygen Park offers ca. 18 400 sq. m of lease area class A. It is composed of two six-tier buildings. There is a commercial part on the ground floors with a restaurant for tenants and kiosk. The investment received the BREEAM certificate with a Very Good grade. Moreover, the author of the project is JEMS Architekci.
