Cushman & Wakefield to Manage Green Horizon

Skanska Property Poland has appointed Cushman & Wakefield the new manager of the office complex Green Horizon in Łódź.

Green Horizon is a Class A office complex in Łódź located on 106 Pomorska street, nearby Rondo Solidarności. It consists of two buildings, whose total office space is ca. 33,000 sq m. Building "A”, Infosys Green Horizon, was made available by the end of 2012. Its entire office space is occupied by Infosys BPO. The commercial is occupied by companies such as PKO BP or PNB Paribas. The other part of the complex, building "B”, is going to be finished by May 2013. It will offer 13,500 sq m of space. The first tenants of the building are SouthWestern, Grupa Medicover, PwC and Getin Noble Bank.

The complex was designed in a way that is supposed o meet the needs of companies in the BPO sector, employing the highest standard of information security solutions. Moreover, Green Horison has earned LEED Gold certificate and received the UE GreenBuilding certificate, which confirms its ecological and energy-efficient standards.

The manager of the entire complex is Cushman & Wakefield. We are happy to continue our cooperation with Skanska Property Poland and to have the opportunity to manage one of the most modern office complexes in Poland. In September 2011, we won a contract concerning the management of the first stage of the complex – Infosys Green Horizon. Presently, the Property & Asset Management Department at Cushman & Wakefield is managing 500,000 sq m of office space, which makes them one of the leading companies on the commercial real estate market in Poland.
