Corner House to be constructed in Warsaw

Erbud has signed contract on erecting an office building in Warsaw, at 113 Puławska Street.

A new office building, Corner House, will be erected in Warsaw, at 113 Puławska Street. Erbud S.A. will be reponsible for its construction. The contract, signed with the investor – Puławska 113 Sp. z o.o. company – is worth PLN 19,1 million net. The construction is to be completed in the end of May 2014.

The structure will offer the space of 6 140 m2 on eight aboveground storeys and two underground ones. The ground floor is designated for service space. As a part of the contract Erbud will also create outside and inside infrastructure. The building is situated in Mokotów district, one of the most dynamically developing area in office segment in the capital.

Erbud Group is a Polish construction group operating in cubic, public utility, road-engineering and energetic segment. It covers the area of Poland and other European countries. Its portfolio comprises of such projects as the first phase of Office Park Łopuszańska in Warsaw or BAYER's office building in the capital. Currently, the biggest project carried out is Eurocentrum in Warsaw, which is worth PLN 336,7 million net, and Auchan department store in Kraków, in Bronowice district, worth PLN 179,5 million net.
