Łopuszańska Business Park is the new Project of Ghelamco Company, that is situated on Łopuszańska street in Włochy district in Warsaw. Complex consist of two separate buildings of the surface 8 167 square metres and 8 357 square metres. Also the underground parking with 320 parking spaces was built within the project. Guests can also use 18 parking spaces on the ground floor. The building was designed and accomplished in accordance with requirements of ecological certification BREEAM, that it goes after. The direct access to the complex is from Łopuszańska street.
The first tenant of Łopuszańska Business Park is Allianz Poland, which took almost 7 000 square metres in B building of the complex. The company has moved in after receiving of legitimate occupancy permit , that was given in May 2013.
