The complex, being constructed by Liebrecht & wooD and BBI Development, has just found its manager.

Multifunctional complex Union Square is rising near Plac Unii Lubelskiej in Warsaw. The investment belongs to European developer Liebrecht & wooD (the majority investor) and BBI development NFI S.A. It is going to be commissioned in Fall 2013.

Union Square is one of the most interesting investments under construction in Warsaw. In a well-designed and professionally managed multifunctional structure, all the lessees benefit from the very closeness of office and commercial parts. The office staff have a place where they can have dinner, appoint a meeting, or do shopping after work, while retail chains have a group of their base shoppers. The projects of this kind are undoubtedly the future of developing industry. Union Square is a big challenge for a manager, but on the other hand it offers unlimited opportunities – Kamila Zębik, managing director of WeCare, says

WeCare company belongs to Liebrecht & wooD group. It deals with complex management of commercial properties in Poland and Romania. The offer of WeCare is characterized by an individual approach to every lessee, as well as the possibility to report a problem all the time.

Union Square consists of three structures with joint area of 56 800 sq meters. 41 300 sq meters is devoted to A+ standard offices. In the complex, there is also 15 500 sq meters of commercial space.
