Budimex will construct an office building for LC Corp

LC Corp S.A. has been selected for the general contractor of an office investment in Katowice.

LC Corp S.A. has informed that its subsidiary, LC Corp Invest XII Sp. z o.o., had signed contract with Budimex for general contracting of the building A as a part of the first phase of the investment in Katowice. The project aims at creating a multifunctional office and service complex with a commercial part, as well as with underground and above-ground parking lot. The structure will be located at 10 Aleja Roździeńskiego in Katowice.

The value of the contract amounts to net PLN 59,9 million. The general contractor will begin the construction the day after handover of a construction site and appropriate documentation. Construction works are to last 16 months.

LC Corp S.A. controls a group of developer companies, which implement residential and commercial investments in key cities of Poland. Real estates belonging to the company are located among others in Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, Łódź and Gdańsk. Since 2007 LC Corp. has been quoted on Warsaw Stock Exchange. In 2011 the company commenced the implementation of an office and service complex Wola Center in Warsaw. The project will consist of four interconnected buildings, with a patio between them. The structure will offer about 31 000 sqm. Its construction is to be completed in the second half of 2013.
