Łopuszańska Business Park has joined GreenBuilding Programme launched by the European Commission.

Warsaw complex Łopuszańska Business Park is already the fourth project of Ghelamco in the European Commission's programme. It had been already joined by office buildings Senator, Mokotów Nova and T-Mobile Office Park.

GreenBuilding Programme is an initiative which originated in 2005. Being a part of it means that a given building has underwent verification, which confirmed energy-consumption on the level at least by 25 per cent lower than required by the legal regulations in a given country.

Ghelamco's investment, commissioned in May 2013, met requirements of the EC's programme. Łopuszańska Business Park has been created as a concept of a business park, comprising of two separate buildings. Building A has the space of about 8 167 sqm, whereas building B – 8 357 sqm, which altogether gives the high standard office space of 17 000 sqm. The complex is leased in 90 per cent by such tenants as Alior, Allianz and Cemex.

Łopuszańska Business Park is to be double certified soon. Apart from partnership in GreenBuilding Programme, the complex is currently under the process of certification in BREEAM ecological system, in which it aspires to Very Good assessment, which was obtained by such projects of Ghelamco as Trinity Park III, Katowice Business Point, Crown Square, Mokotów Nova and Senator. The developer may also boast of receiving BREEAM Excellence certification for T-Mobile Office Park. In addition, the currently erected Warsaw Spire, which is from the beginning carried out in accordance with BREEAM requirements, is also to be certified.
