ECO Sustainable Royal Wilanów

Capital Group Park, the investor of Royal Wilanów, decided to certify the project under BREEAM system.

Royal Wilanów is going to be the third project of the company, after Europacentrum, which is now being build, and ArtNoblin (stage of administrative procedures), to be carried out according to the principles of sustainable building. The office building with commerce and services function will be erected at the corner of Klimczaka and Przyczółkowa Streets in the district of Wilanów in Warszawa. In June, Capital Park signed an agreement with the general contractor - Erbud S.A. Construction works are scheduled to begin in the third quarter of the year.

The project is to be certified under BREEAM International, Europe Commercial 2009 system. The aim is to receive Very Good rating. We see that tenants' needs and expectations regarding office space are changing. Care for the environment currently is an integral element of the philosophy of many companies, including Capital Park Group, thus we carry out our projects according to the idea of sustainable building – says Sylwia Filewicz, Head of Development and Construction at Capital Park Group.

Royal Wilanów is located near historical Wilanów Palace, and residential complexes of Miasteczko Wilanów, as well as a currently build part of the district with future town hall and shopping centre. The office building will provide 29 787 square meters of offices located on five storeys, and 6 920 square meters of commerce and services space. Underground there will be a three-storey parking with 931 parking lots and bicycle parking. The investment process will take 24 months. The design of the building was created by JEMS Architekci studio. Office space will be commercialized by Colliers International.
