ECO The construction of Royal Wilanów has begun

The construction works of Royal Wilanów office building at the corner of Klimczaka and Przyczółkowskiej streets have begun. The building is going to have BREEAM certificate.

Creating an environmentally friendly building is another, after Eurocentrum Office Complex, project in Warsaw developed by Capital Park Group which operates in the branch since 2003. The contractor is Erbud SA company. According to the conditions of the contract, the building should be ready in two years after the construction starts. The building will comprise of five storeys. Oparation space will measure in total 29.8 thousand square meters. The property will hold commercial and services places. According to the assumptions of the investor, 6.9 thousand meters will be occupied by restaurants, bars, shops, service points which are to answer the needs of Miasteczko Wilanów.

We want to create a vibrant building which together with surrounding squares will be a place of business meetings and family outings – says Wojciech Nowakowski, Investment Manager at Capital Park Group.

Contract with the first tenant, who will use the office zone of the building, has been already signed. Erbud SA company as one of the future tenants will enjoy, among other things, an underground three-storey parking with 931 parking lots and bicycle storage place.

JEMS Architekci studio designed the building. Commerce part will be commercialized by BOIG company. Colliers International is responsible for the office zone.
