Another office building of the West Forum complex, Wroclaw is ready.

West House 1B is being built in two stages, which will result in two, connected by means of a shared reception hall, buildings. The first of office buildings has successfully passed the last receipt and was received the occupancy permit. The first tenant, Nokia – a telecommunications company, will move in in October.

The building offers 6,000 sqm which has been already rented entirely, 4,000 sqm is occupied by Netia, while the remaining 2,000 sqm was rented by OBSS, who will move in at the beginning of the next year. If we assume that this more than positive pace of commercialization will remain at the current level, we will be able to commence erection of the third building of the West Forum complex. For several months now we have been observing recovery on the office market and an increase in number of requests for large surfaces. Continuously reacting to market demands we have already increased the number of parking spaces in 1B for the 1:40 ratio - says Patryk Czernik, main lease specialist in Archicom.

Knight Frank is responsible for commercialization and management of West House 1B. The second stage of building West House 1B, which will provide another 6,000 sqm, has already been commercialized. We are conducting intensive negotiations and we hope that by the end of the year we will have signed tenancy contracts for at least 50 per cent of the surface said Dorota Kościelniak, regional director for Knight Frank Wroclaw office.

West House 1A was the first building of West Forum complex to be commissioned (2008). The second building, which currently is undergoing far gone construction works, is going to be completed in the third quarter of 2014. The office space is planned to be supplemented with restaurants and shops. The overall space available in West Forum will approximately be of 100 000 sqm in 6-8 edifices, all build in accordance with LEED certificate.
