The office building is the fourth and last edifice of the Centrum Biurowe Korona, an investment located in Cracow. Globe Trade Centre S.A. is going to complete the erection in April 2014.
Pascal, offers 5 500 sqm of modern office space, is in an ideal localisation in a highly valued office complex. Pascal is a building for demanding tenants. Despite being modern, it offers an intimate atmosphere which is lacking in large office buildings. We believe that both IBM, which is going to move into the building in April, as well as other lessee will appreciate the quality of the building as well as the functionality of our offices – says Jacek Wachowicz Leasing and Trade Director, Board Member of GTC.
Office space available on seven storeys of this building will allow tenants to freely arrange the interior. It is situated in a good localisation, in the area of Armia Krajowa St., Przybyszewskiego St., Juliesza Lea St. and Kołowa St. The design of the building, which included the newest technologies, was created in architectural office DDJM. The edifice is going to be built with use of high-quality, environmentally friendly materials. The general contractor of Pascal is Warbud. CBRE is the sole company responsible for lease of the space in this office building.
The opportunity to work with another GTC project, this time in Cracow, makes us happy. Pascal is an ideal investment for companies which value locations situated in business park that at the same time provide intimacy of the hired space – said Łukasz Kałędkiewicz, office space department Director, CBRE.
Centrum Biurowe Korona currently consists of four completed buildings: Newton, Edison and Galileo as well as Pascal, that is currently under construction. Such companies as IBM, Genpack, Hitatchi, Deloitte, KPMG and State Street have their registered offices in this complex.
