Last week Green Office, a retail-office building, was officially commissioned.

Green Office, situated in the city centre of Inowrocław, is going to be commissioned on October 9th. The general contractor of the office building at Laubitza 2A St. is Alstal Grupa Budowlana and the investor is FHU Oskar.

The event was attended, among others, by investor’s and contractor’s representatives as well as invited guests in the interest of the design company and the cooperating institutions. During the ceremony the contractor handed in the investor a symbolic key, as well as guided the visitors throughout the object and presented the values of the building.

The land development plan includes an extensive use of green throughout the entire vicinity in which Green Office was erected. In consequence designers decided to place a small square on… the roof of the office building. At present almost entire surface of the roof is covered with grass. The surface may be decorated with plants and seats which will make it an ideal place for break.

In addition, there are plans to use a dome consisting of stainless steel semicircles and flagpoles. It's completion is scheduled for the end of November. The architectural design of Green Office was created by Autorska Pracownia Architektonicza Wojciech Jerzy Arczyński.

Offices will be the primary function of the building. Five commercial units will be situated at the ground level, the three units have already been rented: cake/pastry shop, beauty supply store and optician.
