Colliers an agent of Lumen office building

Colliers International has been chosen as a co- exclusive agent for commercialization of Lumen office building in Warsaw.

Lumen and Skylight office buildings, together with a mall and an underground parking lot, make up for a Złote Tarasy complex located in the Warsaw's city centre. The investment has been completed in 2007. Lumen includes two buildings connected with glassed passages: A (from the western side) and B (from the eastern side). The location offers a total of about 23 500 sqm of office space on eight floors. The space of a usual floor is about 2900 sqm.

Lumen is one of the most prestigious office locations in Warsaw. It is highly interesting to Polish and foreign leaseholders. Those in search for modern, flexible and well located prestigious locations in the Warsaw city centre should take this real estate into account. I'm convinced that in the following years Lumen will enjoy a strong interest from potential leaseholders – said Ewelina Kałużna, Head of Office Space Department – a Representative of Colliers International.

Office building is located in Warsaw's Central Business Area, in close neighbourhood of Main Railway Station and the Palace of Culture and Science. Spaces in the building are equipped with solutions, such as computerized ventilation system HVAC, allowing for micromanagement of temperature in the space rented by the leaseholder, or the use of special, isolating materials, reducing the exterior noise and guaranteeing comfort in a workplace. Some of the leaseholders in Lumen office building are: Mars Polska, SEB Leasing, DTZ, Hays, Banco Espirito Santo de Investmento, InOffice, XL Energy Marketing, Michael Page International, Linie Lotnicze Emirates, ProLogis, Solidex and PGE Energia Natury. The second agent responsible for the building's commercialization is Jones Lang LaSalle.
