Works on modernization took several months
After several months of modernization works, Marynarska Business Park office complex presents its new face.

Modernization works included the shared parts as well the buildings' exterior. Moreover, the appliances offer for the leaseholders has been widened and the visual identification has been refreshed.

 

During the works which took several months, three independent reception desks and underground garages have been renovated. Additional parking places for bicycles and a place for motorcycles and commercial vehicles have been created. The works also included the arrangement of green areas both in the inside and outside of the structure. A new logo and the new film as well as other informational materials connected with visual identification of the complex have been created. Finally a new system of marking the buildings have been introduced.

 

The modernization is not the end of the works. The owner of Marynarska Business Park, i.e. Heitman, predicts the introduction of new amenities in the next year. Part of Heitman's strategy is the modernization of Marynarska Business Park office complex so that it would meet all the requirements of our leaseholders - says Izabela Kapil, Asset Manager Associate, Portfolio Management - Europe, Heitman.

 

The works as well as the re-branding of process was supervised by Jones Lang LaSalle, which is the manager and sole agent of Marynarska Business Park renting department.

 

The works conducted in the last months at the Marynarska Business Park were supposed to increase the comfort of its employees - comments Karolina Nitka, Senior Real Estate Manager, Real Estate Management Department in Jones Lang LaSalle. Thanks to the refreshing of the shared parts of the structure, introducing more green areas and amenities for the cyclists we were able to accomplish our aims. Morover, spacious and bright interiors made of the materials of the highest quality were created, which will guarantee a comfortable and friendly workplaces for employees and make the structure more representative. Changes in Marynarska Business Park complex met with very positive reviews of the leaseholders - she says.

 

Complex is located by Taśmowa 7 St. in Warsaw in the Służewiec Przemysłowy (Mokotów district). It consists of four independent buildings, offering a total of 43 000 sqm of space. Marynarska Business Park has been put into operation in the summer of 2008 and belongs to Heitman, the company working as a part of Heitman European Property Partners IV. Companies such as Play, Netia, Colgate and Master Blenders all have their seats in this complex.

 

The changes introduced in Marynarska Business Park additionally strengthen the position of the complex as a good localization for conducting business operations and one of the most prestigious places on the office locations map of the capitol - claims Marzena Zielonka, Senior Consultant Office Space Renting and Leaseholder's Representation Department at Jones Lang LaSalle.
