ECO The construction of Postępu 14 begins

HB Reavis begins the construction of office and administration center by Marynarska St. in Warsaw.

Near the Mokotów Shopping Center, by Marynarska St. in Warsaw, the construction of a new office investment, Postępu 14, by developers group HB Reavis is commencing.

Since the very beginning of the preparations of this project, we've concentrated on the needs of our leaseholders - says Stanislav Frnka, CEO of Polish HB Reavis department. The location is not only well accessible and located but also there's a wide variety of services provided in the neighborhood. The authors of the project - Hermanowicz Rewski Architekci - have combined in their work a unique look of the building with effective planning of the exterior. Investment in the so called green technologies will allow us to reduce the maintenance costs but also allow us to provide our leaseholders with an object, thanks to which we hope to receive BREEAM Excellent certificate - he explains.

The project will be put into operation in the second quarter of 2015. The complex will offer over 34 000 sqm of space and over 750 parking spots.
