Office block in Old Mokotów issued the occupancy permit

Rakowiecka City in Warsaw
The office block Rakowiecka City, which belongs to the Warszawski Holding Nieruchomości S.A., has been issued the occupancy permit.

Rakowiecka City is a renovated apartment house, which has been turned by the investor into A class office block. The building is located on Rakowiecka 19 Street, in the northern part of Old Mokotów. The building offers 1820 sq. m of office space.

We provide the market in Warsaw with more and more highest class office space, in buildings which are distinguished from the competition. Rakowiecka City is an example of a successful revitalisation of a beautiful, classic apartment house. Due to prestigious surroundings, we wanted to create a unique design. We implemented solutions enabling us to create a perfectly illuminated and friendly lease area. We are very satisfied with the effect which we achieved, said Paweł Laskowski-Fabisiewicz, Vice-President of Polski Holding Nieruchmości S.A., responsible for the Company’s new investment projects.

Thanks to general renovation, new installations and many facilities for the tenants have been fitted in the apartment house. Four floors above ground are dedicated to office space, while the underground floor is designed in such a way that it can be used by institutions which have extensive archives. Nine cars can be parked on the small courtyard belonging to the building. On the roof of the building, there is a green leisure terrace. The studio APMD is responsible for the architectural design of Rakowiecka City. The office block is in the neighbourhood of numerous state institutions and diplomatic posts.
