Conference Centre will be built in Lublin

The company Budimex will build a Conference Centre in Lublin and the headquarters of the Marshal Office in Lublin.

On 12 March 2014, Budimex signed the contract with the Marshal of Lublin Voivodship. In accordance with this contract, the company will build Lublin Conference Centre and the headquarters of the Marshal Office. The value of the contract amounted to 89.7 million zloty net.

 

Lublin Conference Centre will be located on Grottgera 2 Street. On six floors above ground and three underground, the building will offer 9800 sq. m of total area, including 5100 sq. m of usable area. The project also includes a car park for 52 vehicles. The construction of the building is to be completed on 30 April 2015.

 

Within the frames of the contract, Budimex will also built the new headquarters of the Marshal Office. It will be located in the immediate vicinity of the Conference Centre - on Grottgera 4 Street. The building will have six floors above ground and three underground. The users will have the opportunity to make use of car park for 186 vehicles. The total area of the building will amount to 18 300 sq. m, while the usable area - 12 800 sq. m. The headquarters of the Marshal Office are to be ready on 31 May 2015.  

 

The contract also includes land development, construction of a new underground infrastructure, roads, lay-bys and car parks, planting greenery and enclosing the area.
