The office investment was designed on the basis of a campus - the company Yareal plans to join the office function with recreational and leisure function. Neopark will consist of two cosy buildings with fully glazed facades, which will offer a total of 24 000 sq. m of office space. The central part of the project will be the inner green courtyard. On the ground floor, there will be a restaurant with a terrace, and service and commercial points will complement the whole. The investor also plans to make tracks for runners, a fitness club and facilities for cyclists, such as cycle lanes and parking places for bicycles.
We create a cosy building with green areas which encourage to relax in leisure time. We are committed to provide not only comfortable work conditions for our tenants, but also to create facilities encouraging people to spend their free time actively, emphasises Katarzyna Oleksińska, the Director of Office Projects Management of Yareal Polska.
Neopark will be certified by the system of assessing sustainable buildings - BREEAM. This means that energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly solutions will be implemented in the building. To ensure a good lighting of workplaces, large glazed surfaces of elevation on the entire height of the building are included in the design. In the buildings, there are also terraces, which will be at the disposal of the tenants, in addition to, among others, tilt windows and modern air conditioning system. The studio JEMS Architekci is responsible for the architectural design of Neopark.
The investment will be constructed at the intersection of Cybernetyki and Wynalazek Streets, a short distance from Galeria Mokotów and Warsaw Chopin Airport. This is yet another office project of Yareal in Warsaw. The company has in its portfolio many other investments, such as Renaissance, Mokotowska Square, Cristal Park and Oxygen Park, which is currently commercialised.
The building permit for Neopark should be issued later this year.
