Domaniewska Office Hub, A class office building in Mokotów district in Warsaw, is to be the first joint venture of Grupa PHN and Unibep. The contract between the companies amounts to about 107 million zloty net. The building is to be completed at the turn of the second and third quarter of 2015. Unibep is responsible for the comprehensive implementation of the complex.
Domaniewska Office Hub is one of the leading investments of Grupa PHN. Within the frames of the contract, an office complex will be built, optimal as far as functional and economic matters are concerned, a perfect answer to the demands of the market. Unibep is the general contractor of many office buildings in Warsaw, among others on Grzybowska and Cicha Streets and in the area of Okęcie Business Park.

The building on Domaniewska Street is our largest investment of this type in Warsaw, and because of this, it is the greater distinction for us and a very interesting challenge, which we will meet with pleasure, he adds.
Domaniewska Office Hub is being constructed on Domaniewska 37a Street, in the vicinity of Galeria Mokotów and Wołoska Street. On seven floors of the building there will be 22 000 sq. m of office space. In the two-storey underground car park 394 parking places are planned. The investment is implemented in accordance with the requirements of the ecological certificate BREEAM with the assessment Very Good.
The consortium Juvenes – Projekt Sp. z o.o. and DDJM Biuro Architektoniczne are responsible for the architectural design of the office block. The administrator of Domaniewska Office Hub is ARCADIS / EC Harris, while Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for commercialisation.
